We've been
on the receiving end of some quotes that took our breath away. And
we're sure you're used to seeing large numbers attached to any computer-based
work. Well, to be honest we're not cheap. But the emphasis is definitely
on reasonable. Our business vehicle is a Hyundai Getz, and
we're not aiming for a BMW. We figure that you will be happy to
build a long-term relationship with a company that provides great
services for reasonable pricing. Correct?

There are
companies, and there are companies. We love working with a range
of clients - from the small and intimate loungeroom business right
up to the multistorey corporate premises. But we think there has
to be some recognition of the scale of peoples' business when we
sit down to quote. There's no point charging a fledgling business
premium rates. As we forge a relationship we think we can contribute
to making fledgling businesses really fly, and then we'll share
in some of the benefits of that. We're really very patient. So the
message is assume our services will be cost-effective for you.

If you're like us, you want to get on with the job. Talking about the cost of things is no fun at all.
So it's a policy with us that we'll discuss our fees upfront. We'll tell you everything that we know about the costs associated with your project (or with our ongoing services, as the case may be).
Then we can shake hands and get on with the job. Enough said.
